In today’s sermon as part of Harvest at Home, Pastor Jonathan Laurie shares a message called “From More Impossible to Effortless” in our series, Joshua: Living in the Land of Promises.
Joshua chapter 2 tells the story of Rahab helping the spies, and it acts as a reminder that God can use anyone to further His Kingdom. This is what the gospel offers to all of mankind, every walk of life, every age, man, woman, biker, surfer, business man, illegitimate child, drug addict, alcoholic, sex addict.
Like Rahab, you need to see that without God, regardless of what your life is like, you are headed for destruction. It’s not good people that get into heaven, it’s forgiven people.
